PAYMENT POLICY
Our goal at Calaveras Pool Service is to provide our customers with the best pool service experience possible. We understand that everyone has different payment preferences, which is why we offer multiple payment options to choose from. Whether you prefer to pay online, by debit,credit card, or by check, Venmo, we've got you covered. If you have any questions about our payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Services are provided for Current month, 30 days, Payment is due the 1st of the month and considered late the 10th. A $25 late fee will be administered. If not paid by the 15th of the month, service will be frozen until brought current. If not brought current by 30th, 5% interest will be administered on outstanding balance every 30 days until brought current.
All services calls payments are due at time of completion. If not paid within 10 business days, there will be a $25 late fee. If not paid within 15 days a 5% interest applied every 30 days on outstanding balance and legal action could be taken.
LOCKOUT-GATES-ACCESS-PADLOCKS
If service can't be perform to your pool or spa, we cannot wait to be let in. This will be considered a successful attempt and you will be still charged a visit, If any issues arise because of missed service (i.e. algae, clarity) this will be an additional trip charge to fix.
POOL COVER PUMPS
It's recommended to have you pool cover plugged in to remove any standing water. If we can't access the pool because the cover pump is not plugged in the outlet to remove the sitting water. You will be rescheduled for a follow-up visit once the pool is accessible. An additional trip charged will be assessed at the time of service.
We provide a chemical program that is customized to meet the specific needs of your Pool or Spa water. It's important to note that all chemicals are separate from our service, ensuring that you receive the best possible care. We use Quickbooks as our mananging software. Esimates, Invoicing, Payroll, Sales and Reporting for accountability
We use Docu-sign for Service Retenion Contracts. We are a Year-Around Service. Providing Weekly & Bi-weekly Service.

Customers Karma allows Home Service Providers (H.S.P.), to search and leave reviews on Customers addresses, based on previous interactions. These reviews are written by fellow H.S.P., providing insights into Customers payment history, character, working relationship, etc., good, bad or neutral. This information assess the individual's creditworthiness and determine the terms and conditions.
