Calaveras Pool Service & Landscape professionally manages and maintains your pool, spa, and property with the highest standards of care. All chemicals and equipment must be purchased through and provided exclusively by us to ensure consistent quality and safe application.

By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to the terms of our service contract, including timely payment, clear communication, and full property access during scheduled visits.

Calaveras Pool Service & Landscape is not responsible for issues resulting from client miscommunication, neglect, or attempts to set independent service conditions or payment terms. If payments are delayed, access is restricted, or non-approved chemicals or materials are used, we cannot be held liable for any resulting problems — including cloudy or green water, damage, or other adverse effects.

We will not be liable or responsible for neglect or disregard of our professional recommendations. In such cases, we reserve the right to discontinue service and move on to clients who value and appreciate the quality, reliability, and integrity we provide.

The property owner assumes full responsibility in all cases where these terms are not met.
