At Calaveras Pool Service, we provide dependable pool chemical shipping and local delivery services throughout Calaveras County and across the United States. As a locally owned company serving mountain communities, we understand the importance of timely, secure delivery for pool and spa chemicals, equipment, and maintenance supplies.

All in-stock orders are processed within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on major holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information for your records.

We proudly offer free local delivery in Calaveras County for residential customers.  Local pool chemical delivery is typically completed within one to three (1–3) business days, depending on route scheduling and seasonal demand. As part of our commitment to serving Calaveras County, we prioritize efficient routing to ensure safe and professional delivery.

For customers located outside of Calaveras County, residential orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPO, Residential Delivery with standard three (3-5) business day shipping on in-stock items. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, rural routing, or carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

We also support commercial pool chemical delivery and bulk supply shipping for contractors, HOAs, lodging properties, and service accounts. Larger commercial orders may ship via FedEx, UPS  or scheduled freight depending on product size, classification, and destination. Businesses requiring recurring or coordinated deliveries are encouraged to contact us directly for logistics planning.

Certain pool and spa chemicals may require specialized handling or transportation in accordance with carrier safety regulations. Calaveras Pool Service ensures all products are packaged and shipped in compliance with applicable transport and safety guidelines.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
