Complete Full Drain, Chemically Treat & Wash Treatment
Drain • Treat • Restore
When a pool turns green, black, or heavily algae-infested, normal chemical balancing is no longer enough. A Complete Full Drain Treatment is a full restoration process designed to bring severely neglected water and surfaces back to life.
Step 1: Controlled Drain
We safely drain the pool using professional-grade pumps while monitoring structure and groundwater conditions. This prevents damage and prepares the surface for deep cleaning.
Step 2: Surface Treatment
Once drained, we treat the interior surfaces to break down algae, bacteria, mineral staining, and organic buildup. This step helps reset the pool shell and prevents rapid regrowth.
Step 3: Pressure Wash & Detail
We professionally pressure wash the entire interior — walls, steps, benches, and floor — removing embedded algae, debris, and staining. We pay close attention to tile lines, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.
Step 4: Refill & Chemical Start-Up
After cleaning, we begin a controlled refill. Once filled, we rebalance the water chemistry, condition the plaster or surface, and properly restart the filtration system to ensure clean, clear, and stable water.
Why It Matters
A full drain and clean isn’t just cosmetic — it:
Removes deep-rooted algae
Eliminates high phosphate and contaminant loads
Restores stained or discolored surfaces
Gives your pool a true fresh start
Important Things to Know
Hydrostatic (Pool Pop-Up) Risk: Draining a pool carries structural risk if groundwater pressure is present. We are licensed and insured and follow proper procedures to reduce this risk.
Surface Condition: Older plaster, pebble, or vinyl surfaces may reveal pre-existing cracks, staining, or wear once drained and cleaned.
Weather Matters: Draining is weather-dependent. Heavy rain or saturated ground conditions may delay service for safety.
Refill Time: Refill time varies depending on water pressure and well/municipal supply.
Water & Utility Costs: Water charges are the homeowner’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Start-Up Period: After refill, the pool requires proper chemical balancing and circulation time before swimming.
Not a Structural Repair Service: This service restores water and surface condition but does not include structural or resurfacing repairs unless noted.
